Munty personally project managed the entire refurbishment and his attention to detail, product knowledge, and consulting ability were genuinely second to none. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and consistently guided me towards the best decisions, both aesthetically and practically. His communication throughout the project was excellent, and he worked closely with my builder to ensure everything was delivered exactly to spec and on time. A special mention also goes to Zahra, who led much of the design process. She has exceptional taste and an incredible eye for balancing modern design with a warm, homely feel. Her recommendations on layouts, colourways, finishes, and products completely elevated the final result and helped bring the vision for the apartment to life. The team also provided outstanding advice on flooring solutions, particularly around soundproofing across the apartment, which has made a huge difference to the overall comfort and quality of the space. What impressed me most was that Arch KBB didn’t just supply products — they genuinely partnered with me throughout the entire process. They cared about the outcome as much as I did, and it showed in every detail. We recently had a loft conversion and ground floor extension built and we worked with Arch KBB to fit out much of the new space. We worked with Christine for the kitchen and utility room, and with Zara for the loft bathroom and ground floor powder room. Both were a pleasure to work with and we are thrilled with the finished spaces. Christine's design was exactly that we had hoped for for our new kitchen and we really appreciated her meticulous approach to her work and to communication. We were also really grateful to Zara for all her help during more stressful times when bathroom product supply and building milestones needed to align. Mention must go to Exe for all his help on the logistics side and to Munty, for fixing our kitchen tap, after the manufacturer proved to be quite unhelpful. Overall, we would highly recommend Arch KBB.
